FUTURE RELEASE - Margaret River Wine Intermediate Course
This course provides is a step up from the Wine Basics course in the Essentials tier of the program. Your four hours at the host winery actually goes quickly as you learn about white and red wine production, regional climate and soils, and the key clones of the Margaret River varietal heroes, Chardonnay and Cabernet. We finish off with a more in-depth tasting and evaluation of 6 wines.
We recommend that you complete the Basics course before this one, unless you are confident that you have intermediate wine knowledge.
