It's Pruning Time!

Head out to the vineyard and learn how to sculpt! Pruning is truly the time that we set up the vines to perform their best in the upcoming growing season. There is a real technique to knowing what to remove and what to leave behind when cutting back each vine. This hands-on session will involve a demonstration and the opportunity for you to learn cane pruning, spur pruning, or a bit of both at our host vineyard. 

This add-on is available during the winter dormant season, so bring your beanie, jacket and some waterproof boots! We'll supply rain gear if needed.
