This is the perfect way to spend 45 minutes in the winery after you've finished one of your Wine Enthusiast courses. Join your winemaker guide to extract samples out of barrel or tank and conduct a blending trial. You'll get to play around with different components to achieve your preferred wine style by learning the same process used by the winery team. 

Depending on the opportunities available, you might be blending different grape varietals (SSB or SBS anyone?) or you could be composing the perfect Chardonnay from barrel selections.
