As part of our "Varieties in Focus" series, this course allows you to deep-dive into the King of red grapes in the Margaret River region, Cabernet Sauvignon. This luxe cultivar is capable of producing styles which range from being fine and finessed to powerful and robust.
This 2-hour course offers information on key clones, tips on how Cabernet is managed in the vineyard and the range of techniques used in the winery to craft Margaret River's most well-loved red wine. And the fantastic part of this course is the Cabernet wine tasting at the end of the lesson.
